To all Christian people to whome those presents shall come know ye that I Thomas Helme of Brookhaven In Suffolk County and in the province of New York Yeoman for divers good Causes me here unto moving but more Especially for and in Consideration of Seven pound to me in hand payd before the insealing and delivery hereof by Selah Hulse of the town county and province above said the recept ...... one fourth part of a long lot drawn on the right of old John Thomas and Frank muncy number being north of the country road and in the west division to have and to hold the Said granted and bargained primises with all the apurtenences priviledges and commodities in any wise appertaining to him the Said Selah Hulse ...... have unto Set my hand and Seal this thireth day of may one thousand Seven hundred and fifty one in presents of
