Dear father
I have not received A letter since Aunt Sarah wrote to you though I have escpected one every time the stage has come Along. Mr Helmes has been to new York and he said that they were all well in new York when he went. I wrote letter of Charles though he did not send any back. I have got through my Lattin Grammer All esccept one lesson and most through Colburns small Arithmatic. I have not much time to write. I dont know .... I want any thing.
