Quit Claim Deed between Martha & William Mills & William Helme


Know all men by these presents that we William Mills & Martha Mills of Smith Town, County of Suffolk, & State of New York, for & in consideration of Two Hundred & Sixty two Dollars, Fifty Cents, Current money of New York, to us in hand paid by William Helme of Brookhaven County & State of aforesaid Have Remised Released & forever Quitclaimed, and by these presents Do Remise Release & forever Quitclaim unto the said William Helme & to his Heirs, & Afsigns, forever all our right to a certain tract, & parcel of Land situate in Brook Haven, & was left by Caleb Helme Deceased to be Equally Divided between his Brother, two Sisters, Wife, & Child, Together with all, & Singular the Priviliges, Profits, Heraditaments, & Appertainances, to the same belonging or in any wise, Appertaining To Have and to Hold, the said peice, & parcel of Land and all, & Singular, the premises, hereby Released unto the said William Helme his heirs and Afsigns forever so that Neither we the said William and Martha Mills, nor our heirs nor any other person, or Persons, claiming from by or under us, shall have claim or Challenge any Right or Title to the said and above mentioned but from them it shall forever be barred by these presents. In Witnefs whereof the said William & Martha Mills have hereunto set their hands & Seals the 7 Day of November 1805.
